Exchange Rules

1. Exchange Status Definitions

All exchanges on Bdpaids.online go through several stages. Each status indicates the current progress of your transaction:

  • Confirmed – The exchange has been fully completed and successfully processed.

  • Pending – The exchange has been created and is waiting for your payment.

  • Waiting – Your payment has been received and the transaction is under review before completion.

  • On-Hold – There is an issue or discrepancy with the payment (e.g., amount mismatch, incorrect reference). Our team is reviewing it.

  • Expire – If payment is not received within 1 hour, the exchange request will automatically expire.

2. Affiliate Commission

Certain exchange routes include an affiliate commission program.
When available, users can earn commission for referring others who complete transactions through those specific routes.
Details of commission rates and eligibility are displayed on the respective exchange route pages.

3. KYC Verification

Some exchange routes require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before transactions can be processed.
Customers must submit valid identification (e.g., NID, Passport, or Driving License) and complete selfie and address verification according to Bdpaids.online’s KYC Policy.

4. AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Compliance

Where applicable, Bdpaids.online performs AML verification to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Transactions may be reviewed or delayed if they trigger AML checks or risk flags.

5. Exchange Rate Policy

Exchange rates on Bdpaids.online are automatically updated in real time based on current currency market rates.
Rates are locked in at the moment your exchange order is created. Once an order is submitted, changes in market rates will not affect that transaction.

6. Payment Processing Types

Different exchange routes operate under different payment systems:

  • Automatic – Both payment and payout are processed instantly.

  • Semi-Automatic – The payment is processed automatically, but the payout requires manual confirmation by our system or operator.

  • Manual – Both payment and payout are processed manually by our support team.

7. Manual Transaction Timeframes

Manual exchanges typically take up to 10 minutes to complete during regular working hours.
Delays may occur due to verification requirements, network congestion, or third-party system issues.
Bdpaids.online always aims to process manual exchanges as quickly as possible.

8. General Rules

  • Users must ensure they enter correct account details and payment information.

  • Any incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or cancellation.

  • Bdpaids.online reserves the right to cancel or hold any transaction if suspicious activity is detected.

  • Exchange policies and rates may change without prior notice based on system or market conditions.

Exchange Fee



On Bdpaids.online, we have fees for some currency. When the user wants to buy or exchange any currency from below, then the user should bear the withdrawal fee set by the gateway/network system. Please check the lists below.

Local Mobile Banking

If you want to pay via local Mobile Banking (Send money), you should pay 1.5% - 1.85% cashout fees set by the Mobile Banking company.

Skrill/ Neteller

If the User makes an exchange order for Skrill/ Neteller, then the user will bear the fees of the transaction amount.

Tether USDT

For the External address of Tether USDT, the User should bear fees set by the Tether Network system.

TRC20 Network = Exchange fee 0 & withdrawal fee 1.5 USDT

ERC20 Network = Exchange fee 0.4% & withdrawal fee 2 USDT

BEP20 Network = Exchange fee 0% & withdrawal fee 1 USDT

Ton Network = Exchange fee 0% & withdrawal fee 0.5 USDT

Crypto Fees

For the transfer of an External address, the User should bear fees set by the Network system.

BTC = Exchange fee 0% & withdrawal fee 0.00007 (Bitcoin Network)

ETH = Exchange fee 0.4% & withdrawal fee 0.000105 (Ethereum / Erc20 Network)

DOGE = Exchange fee 0.4% & withdrawal fee 0 (Dogecoin Network)

LTC = Exchange fee 0.4% & withdrawal fee 0 (Litecoin Network)

BCH = Exchange fee 0.4% & withdrawal fee 0 (Bitcoin cash Network)

BNB = Exchange fee 0% & withdrawal fee 0.001 (BEP20 Network)

Ripple = Exchange fee 0% & withdrawal fee 0.03 (XRP Network)

TRON = Exchange fee 0% & withdrawal fee 2 (TRX Network)

SHIBA = Exchange fee 0% & withdrawal fee 24000 (BEP-20 Network)

Toncoin = Exchange fee 0% & withdrawal fee 1 (Ton Network)

Online Card Payment (Shopping Payment)

We will bear a maximum 0.20$ fee (minimum order 50$) for Online Card payments to any website. If that shopping site takes extra fees, then the user will bear the fees and should pay us for the extra fee amount.
